At Her Selected, we want your order to reach you smoothly and on time. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Shipping Locations

This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia & United Kingdom. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Processing

Warehouse Location: Orders are processed and shipped from our partner facilities located internationally.

Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST / UTC+10:00). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Transit Time: 3 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date your order was placed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Carrier Services

We work with the following carriers for deliveries:

  • Australia Post
  • StarTrack
  • UPS
  • USPS
  • FedEx

The carrier assigned to your order will depend on package size and destination.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: All orders within the contiguous United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia & United Kingdom qualify for free standard shipping with no minimum order requirement.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email. You can follow your order using the tracking link provided.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery such as delays or a lost package please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We are here to help and will work to ensure your order arrives safely.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect please take the following steps:

  1. Report it — Contact us at info@herselected.com within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide evidence — Attach photos of the item and the packaging
  3. Resolution — We will assess the issue and make it right with a replacement or refund
