Payment Processing
Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or dispatched until full payment has been received and verified.
If a payment is declined or fails, your order will not be confirmed and you will be notified by email. You are welcome to retry your payment or contact our support team for help.
Pricing and Currency
All prices on herselected.com are listed in your specific location currency. Prices may change without prior notice.
Any applicable taxes and shipping fees is included and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. The total shown at checkout is the final amount you will be charged.
Secure Payments
Her Selected uses industry-standard SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways to keep your transactions safe. We do not store your card or payment details on our servers. All payment information is processed through PCI-compliant payment processors and transmitted securely.
Order Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully processed you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and receipt. Please keep this for your records.

Refunds
Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return Policy. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.
Chargebacks
If you have any concerns about a charge please contact us at info@herselected.com before raising a dispute with your bank. Our team will investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly.
Please be aware that chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension while the matter is reviewed.
Fraud Prevention
Her Selected reserves the right to cancel or place a hold on any order suspected of fraudulent or unauthorised activity. For high-value transactions or orders with unusual patterns, we may request additional verification such as billing information or shipping address confirmation. Orders flagged for review will not be processed until verification is complete.
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined please try the following:
